The front building is kitchen and dining hall. The back one is Main Monastery and main Shrine. The buildings below are new hostels for guests. The hospital is at the same level as the guest houses but infront of the kitchen. Two old guest houses are in front of the kitchen too but at a higher level. The old shrine with the monk- retreat centre is at the back of main shrine now.

From your photos, it's hard to imagine such a nice sunny weather in such high altitude place! I can't believe it's only about 10 degrees. The weather looks like sunny California's wine county, Napa valley!
